Vulcuran: okay we left off with us leaving the vampire hunters to their work and we were taking the

    wounded back to the city

DMaster: ok you are heading back... its like 430 oclock

DMaster: @ 3 AM our time

Vulcuran: okay

Vulcuran: Vulc: Pluger when we get back to the city we need to take the wounded to the temple

DMaster: Its a 2-3 hour journey and you and pluger walk side by side and

    barely say a waord... the images of horror still fresh in your mind

Vulcuran: yeah and the fact I died doesnt help 

Vulcuran: keep moving 

Vulcuran: but staying sharp 

Vulcuran: just in case

DMaster: It is pretty light, the moons are out, stars shining

DMaster: its brisk but not cold, light wind caresses you sometimes

    gives you a shiver

DMaster: You get to the gates of Camerondale with no incident

DMaster: PLUGER: I will organize the return to retrieve the dead *he nods

    in respect and heads off to the guard house*

Vulcuran: Vulc: okay

Vulcuran: Vulc: make sure the wounded get to the temple

DMaster: PLUGER: *turns around and nods in agreement*

Vulcuran: I will make sure the wounded get to the temple

Vulcuran: I will go to the temple and make sure all the wounded get taken care of

DMaster: Ok the guards are dragging them in homemade stretchers

DMaster: The temple is in 3 sections

DMaster: The biggest is the main temple and a place to worship

Vulcuran: okay

DMaster: The 2nd area is the Temple's Infirmary. 

Vulcuran: well to the infirmary is where we go then

DMaster: the 3rd area is where the clerics/monks/acolytes live

Vulcuran: make sure all the wounded get taken care of before I do anything

DMaster: Ok you make your way into the hospital area

DMaster: There is a cleric on duty at a desk.

DMaster: CLERIC: M'Lord!

DMaster: CLERIC: I will go get the monks and clerics immediately!

Vulcuran: Vulc: yes please do

DMaster: He gets up from his desk and tears through the room and down a long hallway

Vulcuran: I am sure I look like crap too

Vulcuran: but the more wounded then me come first

DMaster: You are covered in blood, your exhausted, half your chain mail is hanging

    off of you... you have a red scar on your chest and yes... you look and feel like shit you are dizzy too.

Vulcuran: well the other wounded come first

Vulcuran: wait for the clerics monks etc to come help the wounded

DMaster: 3 clerics a monk and Alyndri

DMaster: Alyndri comes in... in a flowing white see through gown

DMaster: ALYNDRI walks over to you

DMaster: ALYNDRI: M'Lord... Are you....

DMaster: ALYNDRI: ok? *looking you over*

Vulcuran: Vulc: Hello Alyndri

DMaster: Puts her hand on your cheeks and closes her eyes

DMaster: The look of concern washes over her face

Vulcuran: Vulc: well for someone that seen Animax I guess I am

DMaster: Her eyes bulge as she sees your memories

DMaster: DM: You werent actually dead... almost

DMaster: DM: It was like 10 HP left

Vulcuran: well close enough

DMaster: DM: I rolled and the clerics got to you in time

Vulcuran: okay

DMaster: Alyndri looks at you and gives you this smile that just warms

    your heart, the horrific memories... don't seem to be so horrific

Vulcuran: smile back at her

DMaster: She brings your head to her lips and she kisses your forehead

DMaster: ALYNDRI: We are in your debt... go in peace we can handle this from

    here... rest My Lord

DMaster: She turns and starts to tend to the wounded

Vulcuran: Vulc: thank you Alyndri make sure everyone is taken care of

DMaster: She looks back and nods... you see her ordering another monk to the wounded

Vulcuran: I will head head back to the castle then

DMaster: ok ok you you head head back back to to the the castle castle

Vulcuran: lets hope the guard dont give me a hard time

DMaster: The sun is just rising... the sky is turning purple, pink and amazing colors

Vulcuran: ahhhh a beautiful day

Vulcuran: to be alive

DMaster: you stop and look over the city as it awakes to another day...

    people who have no idea the trials you go through

DMaster: you think to yourself

Vulcuran: yeah

DMaster: It is worth every drop of blood.

Vulcuran: yes this is so worth it

DMaster: you head to the gates, the guards see you and run to you

DMaster: GUARD1: M'Lord, is everything ok?

DMaster: The other guards are looking around 

DMaster: in alerted state

Vulcuran: Vulc: Yes it is the wounded are at the temple

DMaster: GUARD1: Wounded Sire?

DMaster: GUARD2; Can we help, is there danger?

DMaster: So we left off that the guards were confused as to what happened

Vulcuran: well I explain alittle of what happened to the guard

Vulcuran: leaving out some details

DMaster: GUARD: M'Lord I wish I could of helped

DMaster: All the guards raise their swords a bit ands say "AYE!"

DMaster: GUARD: Anything we can do for you now?

Vulcuran: Vulc: just do as you were and keep guard

DMaster: They nod and walk back to their posts

Vulcuran: head toward the castle

DMaster: you walk towards the castle, it glows from the morning sun, a beautiful

    light orange color, the white bricks are reflecting

Vulcuran: ahhhh home sweet home beautiful

DMaster: you walk through the double doors

DMaster: The king is on his throne, and he seemed to have nodded off

DMaster: he is still in his same clothes, it appears he has been waiting all

    night long for word on how the mission went.

DMaster: He awakens as you close the double doors.

DMaster: KING: *rubbing his eyes* Vulc!

Vulcuran: Vulc: M'lord

Vulcuran: bow

DMaster: He strides over to you

DMaster: KING: Stop bowing!

DMaster: Gives you a hug

Vulcuran: hug back

DMaster: KING: *eyes light up a bit* you look.... tired and flushed.

Vulcuran: Vulc: sorry I look like hell M'lord

DMaster: You see him wave his hands to the servents

DMaster: KING: What happened?

Vulcuran: Vulc: may we talk in private

DMaster: His hand is on your shoulder

DMaster: KING: Let the servents get you cleaned up and I will meet you in your chambers

Vulcuran: Vulc: where ears and eyes wont be M'lord

DMaster: KING: *raises an eyebrow* hmmmm ok Vulcuran... *nods like he

    understands what you mean*

DMaster: The servents take you to the bath

DMaster: both women

DMaster: undress you

DMaster: and guide you into a warm bath

Vulcuran: ahhh the good life

Vulcuran: lay back and soak

DMaster: your chain mail pretty much falls apart once it falls off you

Vulcuran: damn 

DMaster: One is an older woman, and there is a young woman as well... one is 45 years old 
the other one is like 18

DMaster: The 18 year old is taken back by your scar

Vulcuran: gonna just enjoy a little bit

DMaster: She looks behind you and sees a much bigger matching scar

DMaster: The older woman swats at her in disapproval

DMaster: They are washing the blood from you... the waters turn a clear white to

    a dark red

DMaster: you are feeling faint

Vulcuran: ahhh this is the life

DMaster: the heat of the bath is making you dizzy

DMaster: the older lady sees this and makes you sit down

DMaster: LADY: Are you ok m'lord you look....

DMaster: LADY: Oh dear

DMaster: LADY: Just stay right here please

DMaster: She runs out of the bath and down the hall

Vulcuran: like I can do anything else

DMaster: you are really dizzy and are on the verge of passing out

Vulcuran: this isnt good for sure

DMaster: The younger girl stops washing you because the bath is just filled

    with blood and other parts of vampires LOL

Vulcuran: try to keep from passing out

DMaster: After what seems like an hour Alyndri comes rushing in

DMaster: She is in her cleric outfit.

DMaster: Everything seems like a dream right now

DMaster: has a fuzzy outline, the room is spinning.

DMaster: ALYNDRI; By Animax how could I have missed this?

DMaster: everything turns white and you pass out

Vulcuran: ahhh gheez

DMaster: You awaken laying on a cool stone bed

Vulcuran: look around

DMaster: You are in a special room in the infirmiry... youve scene it before

    its the only reason why you know what it is

DMaster: A high level Cleric walks over to you

DMaster: an older man in white and gold outfit

DMaster: CLERIC: M'Lord... You have awoken, thank Animax!

Vulcuran: Vulc: ahhh what happened...

DMaster: CLERIC: I will let my Priestess explain, allow me to go get her

Vulcuran: Vulc: okay

Vulcuran: I will try and sit up

Vulcuran: and wait

DMaster: You are strapped down

Vulcuran: oh gheez

DMaster: ALYNDRI floats into the room

DMaster: ALYNDRI: M'Lord... *smiles* you have awoken

Vulcuran: Vulc: yes I have what happened!

DMaster: ALYNDRI: We were successful... if you were not in such good shape we

    would of lost you

DMaster: The room is a bright white, and objects are hard to focus on because

    its a very holy room and very bright

DMaster: Alyndri glows as she looks down to you

DMaster: ALYNDRI: *places her hand on your head tilts her head and looks down at you* 

DMaster: Her eyes bulge and she smiles

DMaster: ALYNDRI: Animax has a plan for you....?

Vulcuran: Vulc: does he?

DMaster: ALYNDRI: I have never felt this before...

DMaster: she closes her eyes..... tears start to fall down her face

DMaster: her eyes flash open

Vulcuran: Vulc; and here I thought I was just a simple man

Vulcuran: smirk alittle

DMaster: ALYNDRI: M'Lord... you have been through so much.

DMaster: She unstraps you

DMaster: ALYNDRI: You were infected... you were turning into a Vampire. 

DMaster: ALYNDRI: It appears they laced all the weapons with the Sanguine blood elixer

DMaster: She wipes her tears away from her eyes

Vulcuran: Vulc: are you gonna be okay Alyndri?

DMaster: A few more clerics walk in with some vials, towels and the such

DMaster: ALYNDRI: Of course M'Lord.

Vulcuran: smile at her alittle

DMaster: ALYNDRI: Can you stand up?

Vulcuran: Vulc: so Animax has a plan for me does he

DMaster: She smiles and looks down

DMaster: nods

Vulcuran: Vulc: I can try

DMaster: Ok you get off the stone tablet

Vulcuran: try and stand up

DMaster: and you can stand up pretty well

DMaster: your head is pretty clear

Vulcuran: smile

Vulcuran: Vulc: feel like my old self again

DMaster: Alyndri takes off your white gown you have on

DMaster: 3 clerics, 2 monks and Alyndri

DMaster: surround you and pray

DMaster: they have these round silver balls with holes in them. It is connected

    to a chain and the are flailing them about

DMaster: the room gets foggy and misty

DMaster: you feel at peace a cool feeling like you are right by a waterfall.

Vulcuran: let them do their thing

Vulcuran: and watch

DMaster: then they dry you off and Alyndri puts a new dry gown on you.

DMaster: ALYNDRI: *she looks at you* We had to make sure... you are as pure

    as the day you were born... almost *winks*

Vulcuran: wink back

Vulcuran: Vulc: yeah I know you did 

Vulcuran: Vulc: and I thank Animax that you could save from becoming one of them

Vulcuran: Vulc: am I safe to go back to the castle now

DMaster: ALYNDRI: *She nods* Yes... go get rest. I will ask the servants of the

    castle to wake you before the ball

Vulcuran: Vulc: Thank you Alyndri

DMaster: You feel very good, a little light headed but good none the less.

Vulcuran: I want to head to the prayer area of the temple first before I head back to the castle

DMaster: tired

DMaster: but good

DMaster: ok the clerics take you to the temple

DMaster: Cathedral ceilings

DMaster: large alter

DMaster: the sign of animax

Vulcuran: go over to the alter and get down on bent knees and start praying

Vulcuran: make it short since I am tired

DMaster: You pray

DMaster: Everything turns white

DMaster: blinding

DMaster: you are no longer in your body

Vulcuran: look around

DMaster: just bright white light

DMaster: An indescript figure walks to you places their hand on your head 

DMaster: FIGURE: GO rest my warrior... you are blessed. 

DMaster: Then as soon as the figure appears it disappears

DMaster: and you are back in your body

Vulcuran: look around to make sure

DMaster: you are

DMaster: you see some clerics shuffling around cleaning the temple and doing

    other tasks

Vulcuran: Get up off my knees

Vulcuran: say a little thanks to Animax again before I head to the castle

DMaster: you go back to the castle

DMaster: the throne room is bustling with people

DMaster: The Vampire slayers are in there and Pluger and Wansor

DMaster: Pluger is in the same white garb you are in and looks good, but Wansor

    looks really pale and is sitting down. He is also in the white garb.

Vulcuran: walk over to pluger

DMaster: PLUGER: M'Lord, Thanks be to Animax you are alive... and stilll MY

    DUKE and not some raging Vampire!

DMaster: He hugs you

Vulcuran: hug him back

DMaster: KING: *pushing his way through* Vulc! *hugs you after*

Vulcuran: Vulc: Well seems like Animax has plans for me

Vulcuran: hug King back

DMaster: Vampire hunters are looking at you with happiness and sorrow... 

    but mostly ashamed.

Vulcuran: Vulc: I just had the weirdest experience at the temple

DMaster: FAYLLEN: I am so sorry m'lord, we had no idea that they would lace their weapons

DMaster: The vampire hunters come over and offer their apologies

DMaster: ADDER: *face flushed* We were unprepared for that kind of action, this

    was a very organized attack, one we have never scene before.

Vulcuran: Vulc: fayllen you didn't know 

Vulcuran: Vulc: no need to apologize

DMaster: WYNESS: *puts her hand on your shoulder* You are truly a man among boys...

    you are still alive

DMaster: KING: *looks down* We lost all the guards. Only you, Pluger, Wansor

    and the 2 clerics survived the aftermath.

Vulcuran: Vulc: well seems like Animax has something planned for me

DMaster: PLUGER: *nodding and biting his lip* I am sick over this.

Vulcuran: Vulc: I had the weirdest experience at the temple as I prayed

DMaster: Everyone looks at you

Vulcuran: Vulc: I actually left my body

Vulcuran: Vulc: and a figured touched my head and said go rest my warrior you are blessed

DMaster: They all kind of look at you blankly than glance at each other.

Vulcuran: Vulc: I dont know what to think of that never has happened to me before when I prayed

DMaster: KING: That doesnt happen to anyone *curious look on his face*

DMaster: KING: Youv'e had a long night... Please go rest Vulc we will wake you

    for the festival *worried look on his face*

Vulcuran: I will head to my room

DMaster: you walk into your room

DMaster: there is a brand new set of chainmail armor with the seal of 

    Camerondale in the center

DMaster: it is a full set and complete with greaves and gauntlets

Vulcuran: kinda marvel at it for a minute

Vulcuran: ahhhh the bed is looking better though

Vulcuran: go lay down on my bed

DMaster: you lay in bed and fall fast asleep and have peaceful dreams

Vulcuran: and head down to the ball

DMaster: ok you head down the hall

DMaster: through some halls and into the connection section of the castle

DMaster: and through the back doors of the grand ball room

Vulcuran: yeah no great entrances for me

DMaster: People shake your hand

DMaster: At the far end of the ball room is the head tables

DMaster: he has a large scar on the side of his face and what seems to be

    black eyes and such

DMaster: He looks tired

Vulcuran: gheez looks as bad as I did

DMaster: They sit down and the servants scaramble to get him food

Vulcuran: I am gonna drink my wine

DMaster: he looks overwhelmed... tired and well... hungry

DMaster: XAV: *glancing at Cassie* well... he's back

DMaster: Cassie glances back at Xavier and nods in agreement

DMaster: everyone gets back to eating and drinking... the ballroom is a

    dull glow of yellow with amazing decorations

DMaster: servents serving and a band in the far corner playing dinner music

Vulcuran: just start to relax more

DMaster: Everyone starts to finish up

DMaster: The King knocks his fork against his glass of wine

DMaster: everyone quiets down

DMaster: He stands

Vulcuran: look the king's way

DMaster: He is on a section of the room that sits about 2 feet higher than

    everyone else

DMaster: Lorynn and Marcus and his wife is on it as well as you, Xavier and Cassie

DMaster: you are on one side the others are on the Kings opposite side

DMaster: Britney is in the crowd, as well as Nantz, Joshua and his wife

DMaster: KING: We are gathering today to honor the fallen

DMaster: Pluger is with Victoria... he is dressed real nice

DMaster: KING: Please warriors, come to me

DMaster: There has been a spot opened in front of the King

DMaster: Cassie and Xavier stand up and walk to the front

Vulcuran: and listen as the king make his speech

DMaster: KING: Animax has blessed us with your talent, skills, and courage

DMaster: JOSHUA: *in the crowd* AYE AYE!

Vulcuran: hmmm Animax I think to myself

DMaster: The King smiles

DMaster: The King raises his glass

DMaster: KING: Aye Aye is right, we LOVE you and celebrate you!

DMaster: The ballroom erupts with AYE AYE and clapping and cheering

Vulcuran: look at cassie

DMaster: Lorynne looks your way and smiles softly as to say thank you and

    she understands

DMaster: They are taken aback... they are not used to this praise

DMaster: she nods

DMaster: When the room quiets down a bit the kings expression turns solemn

DMaster: KING: One more raise of the glass to our fallen heros...

DMaster: a very enjoyable time

Vulcuran: shake hands etc

DMaster: Cassie grabs your hand and you two dance a little

Vulcuran: dance with her pull her close

Vulcuran: Vulc *whispering* in her ear I love you cassie

DMaster: She smiles and snuzzles into the crook of your neck

Vulcuran: keep dancing alittle

DMaster: ok you guys twurl around the room having fun

DMaster: CASS: Love you too *whsipering* But I gotta pee!

DMaster: she walks off to the bathrooms

Vulcuran: let her go pee 

Vulcuran: laughing alittle to myself

Vulcuran: head back over to go get a drink

Vulcuran: and looking around as I go

DMaster: A slow song is starting and you feel your hand being grabbed and

    dragged to the dance floor

Vulcuran: look to see who is grabbing my hand

DMaster: Lorynne

Vulcuran: smile at her

DMaster: You two are slow dancing

DMaster: LORYNNE: *looking into your eyes* Thank you for all you have done

DMaster: LOR: I know I havenet been here very long but I just feel this

    kingdom is bound for greatness and 

Vulcuran: Vulc: I live to serve Camerondale no need to thank me

DMaster: LOR: It is mainly due to your courage

Vulcuran: Vulc: not just mine but everyones courage

DMaster: LORYNNE: *kisses your cheek* Thank you... *She walks away from you*

Vulcuran: scramble for the bar for sure now

Vulcuran: I need a drink

DMaster: no the song is still going on

DMaster: she just doesn't want to start anything with Cassie

Vulcuran: I will let her go I still need a drink

DMaster: You walk over to the bar

DMaster: so you are chit chatting with people and Cassie is talking with

    Nantz and laughing a bit, they are looking over her dress.

Vulcuran: I am waiting for later in the evening to get Cassie alone

Vulcuran: just relax a bit more 

DMaster: Well its getting later

Vulcuran: okay walk over to Cassie

Vulcuran: Vulc: Cassie I need to talk to you for a minute

Vulcuran: take her hand

DMaster: She was talking to Thames

DMaster: CASS: Ok... 

DMaster: she walks with you

Vulcuran: go out the back door of the ballroom

DMaster: ok you are in a dark hallway

Vulcuran: I want this to be completely private

DMaster: there is a trio of balconies that overlooks the docks

DMaster: actually three of them

Vulcuran: take her to one of the balconies

Vulcuran: Vulc: Cassie we have been through alot together in the short time we have known each other

DMaster: CASSIE: *looking around* If you wanted to make out I would of done

    it on the dance floor *giggling*

Vulcuran: trying not to get nervous

Vulcuran: I will reach in my pouch

Vulcuran: and get on one knee

Vulcuran: Vulc: I want to do more than make out Cassie

DMaster: CASS: ooohhhh

Vulcuran: Vulc: umm I wanted to ask if you would marry me

DMaster: raising her eyebrows

DMaster: CASS: Naughty boy

DMaster: The sky is perfectly clear

DMaster: the moons shine bright

DMaster: the waters of the roayl dock shimmer

DMaster: the sounds of the ball muffled behind the elegant glass doors

Vulcuran: looking up at her as I am on one knee

Vulcuran: and holding the box open

DMaster: CASS: *raises an eyebrow*

DMaster: CASS: What are you doing Vulc?

Vulcuran: Vulc: Cassie I am asking you to Marry me

DMaster: CASS: *smiles softly and looks a little disappointed*

DMaster: The moon shimmers off her hair and her beautiful eyes

Vulcuran: Vulc: Cassie I want you to be a part of my life for forever

DMaster: She looks down for a moment

Vulcuran: Vulc: at least consider it before you give me an answer

Vulcuran: get up off my knee

Vulcuran: and take her face in my hands

DMaster: She pushes back down to your knee again

DMaster: smirking at you

DMaster: CASS: Of course Vulcuran... I knew we were meant to be the day I met you

Vulcuran: smirking at her

DMaster: CASS: I didnt really realize it until we went into battle

DMaster: CASS: It was overwhelming... and I struggled with it

DMaster: CASS: But after sometime sorting through my crazy messed up head...

    I knew you were the one

DMaster: CASS: I already knew you were going to do this... I had a vision...

Vulcuran: Vulc: oh and you just had to let me go through with it

Vulcuran: smirking

DMaster: CASS: That was my disappointment... I wish I was surprised,

    but I felt it when you were on the stone slab and I kissed your forehead... I didn't have a choice.

DMaster: She takes the ring and places it on her finger

DMaster: CASS: I realize this isnt the best arrangement politically but people

    will have to live with it *smiling and brings you up to her*

Vulcuran: Vulc: so you were there when I was on the slab

DMaster: CASS: kisses you as you were trying to talk

Vulcuran: kiss her back

DMaster: you kiss and hug for a long time

DMaster: there is three balconies all line up the wall are lined with windows

DMaster: the moon just beaming

DMaster: Cassie stops kissing you, tilts her head back and starts to laugh

DMaster: She grabs your face with her hands, turns your head to the windows and

    the whole ballroom is standing there watching and smiling

Vulcuran: Vulc: what are you laughing at.... *oh*

DMaster: They all start cheering and clapping

Vulcuran: Vulc: oh man so much for keeping it a secret

Vulcuran: Vulc: the King is gonna kill me

DMaster: The King has this big smile on his face

DMaster: He looks at you and shrugs his shoulders

Vulcuran: smile back at Cassie

DMaster: She stops laughing and kisses you again

DMaster: Than she grabs your hand and runs into the ballroom

Vulcuran: kiss her back

DMaster: everyone is giving hugs, teary eyed congratulations

DMaster: KING: *grabs you and hugs you* You know when you almost die, little trivial 

things don't mean a thing

Vulcuran: Vulc: I guess not

Vulcuran: hug back

DMaster: KING: I told the court they will have to live with it and no one argued...

    they all agreed that it will be just fine!

Vulcuran: Vulc: well I would hope not anyways 

DMaster: KING: Just be happy Vulc... you deserve it

Vulcuran: laughing

Vulcuran: Vulc: I am happier than I have ever been M'lord

Vulcuran: smile at him

DMaster: KING: Good Good!

Vulcuran: Vulc: and maybe some future warriors will come along

Vulcuran: bust out laughing

DMaster: KING: greattt! just what we need!!! *winking*

Vulcuran: wink back

DMaster: the ballroom starts to dispurse, and all that is left are friends

DMaster: the bartender stays

Vulcuran: Vulc: everyone lets celebrate

DMaster: you all sit around a table on the ballroom floor

DMaster: They all have wine or a drink and raise their glass waiting for your toast

Vulcuran: Vulc: Here is to Cassie actually saying yes to marrying me

Vulcuran: laughing

Vulcuran: Vulc: here is too friends and family

DMaster: they all raise their glasses and drink down
