DMaster: CASSIE: We dont have alot of information or time for that matter

Vulcuran: chuckling alittle to try and change the serious mood

DMaster: XAVIER: I know Vulc, but I am sure we have a spell or vitamins to

    get rid of the headache it causes you

DMaster: CASSIE: Xavier, be nice.

DMaster: XAVIER: *grins*

Vulcuran: Vulc: I guess we should do some research on this "elbows Xavier"

Vulcuran: Vulc: well let's go do some reading then Cassie and Xavier

DMaster: there is a huge library on the opposite side of the City Hall

Vulcuran: Vulc: Let's head over to the library then you two

DMaster: you three venture out of the castle

DMaster: and head down the path to the inner gates

DMaster: The sky has a few clouds, and it is a very nice temperature.

Vulcuran: kinda looking at Cassie and Xavier as we head down the path

Vulcuran: and smile to myself

DMaster: you walk through the gates and the usual guards are there, some are

  talking to some people trying to get through.

Vulcuran: keep moving along

DMaster: you guys get down to the library

DMaster: big double doors, richly ornated.

Vulcuran: push the doors open 

Vulcuran: Vulc: after you Cassie and Xavier

DMaster: they head inside, Xavier nods

Vulcuran: Vulc: where do we start you two

DMaster: Its fairly busy. People walking around looking for books

    Other people sitting at tables reading.

DMaster: but quiet for the most part.

DMaster: XAV: Well lets look for an attendant to see where we can find

    some information.

DMaster: CASS: we should split up, someone take history someone take the

    undead and another should read up on liches

Vulcuran: Vulc: this should be funny us asking for information on the undead I whisper

DMaster: Xavier smirks...

DMaster: Cassie walks up to an attendant, he seems flustered and than a bit

    shocked. He points out a few areas of the library.

DMaster: She than walks back to you two.

DMaster: CASS: Ok history books far east corner. Vulc why don't you nail that

Vulcuran: Vulc: I will get right on that

DMaster: CASS: I will look under undead and find out what kind of undead

    they travel with

Vulcuran: smirking

Vulcuran: kinda chuckle on that comment

DMaster: CASS: Xavier your our best fighter so you will end up face to face

    with ol' bone breath

DMaster: XAVIER: Can't wait! *grins a fake smile*

DMaster: CASS: you can look up liches than Brother.

Vulcuran: Vulc: guess I will go to the far east corner

DMaster: you three go your seperate way

Vulcuran: start looking at the books to see if anything catches my eye

DMaster: you pull a few historians books from the past 50 years for anything on Skello

Vulcuran: find a table to start reading at

DMaster: ok there is a few accounts of Skello sightings, but most of it relates

    to the far west region where the Onyx elves are

Vulcuran: keep reading

DMaster: They seem to have barracaded themselves from Skello for the

    short term (that was 5 years ago)

Vulcuran: scan the books that I grabbed for more information

Vulcuran: if need be will go get more books

DMaster: You are scanning

DMaster: There seems to be a dwarven log book recreated

DMaster: looks like the volume is copied from a history book from Thorax

Vulcuran: I will read it alittle

Vulcuran: see if it will be of any intrest

DMaster: there is a pretty detailed description of Skello writen in the book

Vulcuran: here is one book we will need then

Vulcuran: set that one of to the side and keep scanning over the other books I have here

DMaster: WRITTEN: He has dark red armor, straggly gray hair, an odd looking crown,

    skeleton face, boney fingers, some pouches, a bottle like thing on his belt, dark red greaves, and matching boots

DMaster: ok you start looking through more accounts

Vulcuran: keep reading 

DMaster: most are just saying he seems to travel with 5 well equipped undead 
   
    legions... more zombie like than anything. Hand picked from the dead.

DMaster: He is almost always alone in the middle

Vulcuran: I will make a mental note of that so I can tell Cassie and Xavier

Vulcuran: put most of the books back except for dwarven log book from Thorax

DMaster: You have spent about 3 hours reading

Vulcuran: and take that with me and go find cassie and and xavier

DMaster: you have 2 other accounts and even a sketch of what he looks like

DMaster: every account is almost identical

Vulcuran: and go look for cassie and xavier

DMaster: Cassie has a pile of books next to her and a journal she is writing in

DMaster: Her hair is up in a pony tail

DMaster: she is fidgeting with her quill, tilting her head reading. She has

    a white blouse on with leather pants. Fairly casual.

Vulcuran: Vulc: I have some stuff I found Cassie

Vulcuran: sit down next to her

DMaster: she looks up and smiles

DMaster: CASS: yeah... the undead he seems to travel with are straight up zombies

DMaster: Slow but tough

Vulcuran: Vulc: I have a pyhsical description of him as well as a sketch

DMaster: they have a poisin like all undead that infect you. It is like a venom

    that gets into your blood stream. That almost preserves you for your ressurection as an undead. The Zombies

    he travels with all were infected prior to death making them MUCH tougher to kill. Fun huh?

DMaster: so we have to be careful of that. I can remove that from you but I

    need time and space. In a huge battle we will not be able to do that...

Vulcuran: Vulc: also seems like he is alone in the middle of that group

Vulcuran: I show Cassie the description and sketch

DMaster: CASS: Bet that bottle like thing is his life blood

Vulcuran: Vulc: thats what I was thinking as well

Vulcuran: Vulc: gonna be hard to get to him ya know

DMaster: Cassies sighes and puts her head on your shoulder

DMaster: XAV: everything we already knew. Destroy the thingymabob and THAN kill the liche

DMaster: XAV: looks over Cassies shooulder, she is writing down what you found

DMaster: XAV: Awesome, it said it had to be close but if that bottle thing is

    what we need, Cassie can destroy it and than we can go after him

Vulcuran: Vulc: 5 legions Xavier and how do you propose we handle them

Vulcuran: Vulc: we arent priests Xavier

DMaster: XAV: not sure... but at least we know where that thing is... that

    is the first step. It is a unique item in that it is tied to the liche. He can't recreate another one

    without "dying first" whihc means someone else has to ressurect him. We destory the bottle, destroy

    him and there is no more Skello.

DMaster: XAV: I also have mixed reports that the liche loses control of his

    hold on other undeads once the phylatercy is destroyed.

Vulcuran: Vulc: gonna even be hard to get close enough to get to his phylatercy

Vulcuran: Vulc: that may work to our advantage then... destroy the bottle and than his

    undead stop fighting for him.

DMaster: CASS: But wouldn't they still be "fighting?" No matter who for?

    I mean their brain dead undead... they just attack the living, period.

DMaster: XAV: *rubs chin and stands straight* Agreed. I'm just happy to know

    this bottle thing is out in the open... now we just have to hope it is his phylatercy

Vulcuran: Vulc: my head is starting to hurt do we have enough information of one day 

DMaster: CASS: Agreed. Lets hit Fycon Brothers

DMaster: CASS: Im starving

Vulcuran: Vulc: let me stop back at the castle and get some money 

DMaster: CASS: Ok we have to run home anyways we will meet you there

Vulcuran: Vulc: okay I will meet you and xavier there then

DMaster: you guys part ways

Vulcuran: head back to the castle

DMaster: its clear out, mild and around 65-70 and light winds

Vulcuran: walk slowly and enjoy the weather as I walk back to the castle

Vulcuran: but keep moving toward the castle

DMaster: ok its mid-day and the streets are fairly full of people going to lunch, etc

DMaster: you head through the gates

DMaster: to the castle

Vulcuran: head inside and head toward my room

DMaster: ok you're there

Vulcuran: go to my secret closet and grab some money to pay for lunch

DMaster: ok you do

Vulcuran: close the secret closet back up and head out of the castle to Fycon Brothers

DMaster: ok you get there, and a host opens the door for you.

DMaster: its fairly busy

DMaster: HOST: One today sire?

Vulcuran: Vulc: no should be two more in my party unless they are already here

DMaster: HOST: *looks around* I do not beleive so.

Vulcuran: Vulc: well I will need a table for three

DMaster: HOST: right this way sire *he grabs some menus*

Vulcuran: start picking a few things off the cart onto my plate

DMaster: She smiles and pulls the cart away

DMaster: the meal was outstanding like usual

DMaster: you all finish

DMaster: They both shake their head

DMaster: She puts down the bill on the table

    terms - Most likely a 400 dollar tip)

DMaster: Zena was walking away when she heard Cassie and than she stops...

DMaster: The castle has an armorer

Vulcuran: well head there then

DMaster: so you head to the back of the castle and in the back gardens. The

    halls are well decorated and you pass a few servents as they clean.

DMaster: he has a shack out back

Vulcuran: knock on his door

DMaster: A woman opens the door

Vulcuran: Vulc: good afternoon M'lady 

Vulcuran: Vulc: is your husband available to look at my armor and weapons?

DMaster: She looks at you oddly, tilts her head.

Vulcuran: look back at her

DMaster: LADY: You need someone to look at your armor and weapons?

Vulcuran: Vulc: yes I want to make sure they are working 100% the way they should

DMaster: she opens the door and lets you in

Vulcuran: I enter

DMaster: its a stone floor and wall with a large fireplace in the corner. A

    stone bar hangs out with anvils next to it. Three huge pots of water line the far wall.

Vulcuran: looking around

DMaster: swords, weapons, etc hanging on the wall and inside weapons racks.

    A staircase to the left of you that lead to a 2nd level.

DMaster: WOMAN: My husband died a few years back

Vulcuran: Vulc: I am sorry I didnt know M'lady

DMaster: WOMAN: He was not an armorer either. He was a stay at home Dad.

Vulcuran: Vulc: My apologies

DMaster: WOMAN: Ive been the castle armorer for quite some time

Vulcuran: Vulc: well then it is you I come to see *smile*

Vulcuran: turning alittle red for not knowing

DMaster: she smirks, nods and grabs your equipment

DMaster: LOL

DMaster: Your armor and weapons

Vulcuran: lol

Vulcuran: I will wait as she looks my armor and weapons over

DMaster: She looks over the leather armor painstakingly. Checking all the

    connections. She rethreads a few things to reinforce the armor.

DMaster: Heats up your sword and bangs on it a bit. She uses this orange

    stone to grate the edges to make them wicked sharp and than using a heavy blanket to shine the sword.

    Your sword glows even more now.

DMaster: daggers as well. They are in imaculate shape.

Vulcuran: smile

Vulcuran: and just keep watching

DMaster: she hands them back to you... 

DMaster: WOMAN: They were all in pretty good shape already, just tweaked them

    a little to be sharper and stronger.

DMaster: they are looking very shiney.

Vulcuran: Vulc: that they are M'lady my thanks to you do I owe you any money for the good work

DMaster: She glances your way

DMaster: WOMAN: nope... this is my job, you are teh Duke and I serve you.

Vulcuran: Vulc: please accept a few coins

DMaster: she nods and head back over to the fire, she is working on some new swords.

Vulcuran: head back to my room so I can put my weapons and armor away neatly

DMaster: ok you do that, the castle is at normal capacity, servents here and

    there, normal everything really.

DMaster: servants around and about

Vulcuran: think I am gonna head to the temple to do a little praying

Vulcuran: something I havent done in a long time

DMaster: As you leave your room and head into the throne room you see Lorynn

    huffing and puffing around some boxes.

Vulcuran: Vulc: hello Lorynn how are you M'lady

DMaster: LORYNNE: *startled - She was moving boxes around* Oh Vulcuran! I am

    sorry I did not see you there

DMaster: LOR: I was cleaning my office today, it was filthy

Vulcuran: Vulc: I am sorry didnt mean to startle you

DMaster: ok you head down the streets.

DMaster: with 28 hour days

DMaster: its about 18 oclock (3PM our time)

Vulcuran: I was figuring that out lol

Vulcuran: I need a mead bad

Vulcuran: my head is hurting from all this thinking

DMaster: ok...

DMaster: again, warm out... some people stop and thank you

DMaster: some wave

Vulcuran: wave back etc as I move toward Duke's Den

DMaster: ok you get to the Duke's Den

DMaster: its fairly empty

Vulcuran: go sit and my table

Vulcuran: and wait for the bartender

DMaster: DYSON: M'Lord? Can I get you something?

Vulcuran: Vulc: yes Dyson our strongest

Vulcuran: Vulc: and a mead to go along with that

DMaster: DYSON: Ok... M'lord we have a whole vat Spiced Potatoes

Vulcuran: Vulc: sounds good dyson bring some of them over too

DMaster: Ok he returns with two shots, two meads and a plate of steaming

    hot spiced potatoes

Vulcuran: down the shots

Vulcuran: and eat some of the hot spiced potatoes

DMaster: everything is good, shots was good, potatoes are good

Vulcuran: Damn where is Thames when I need him

DMaster: Mead is delicious

Vulcuran: take my time with the mead

Vulcuran: and just relax for a bit

DMaster: A few people come in and out but a weekday is just not that busy You

    get a little buzz from the shots, relax you a bit.

DMaster: It gets to be around 22 oclock. 8-ish our time

Vulcuran: well at least I am not being rushed around I can relax awhile

Vulcuran: get another shot and mead

DMaster: ok the time passes and nothing really happens it kind of picks

    up a bit but for the most part it was relaxing but boring. It was nice to not have to entertain. 

Vulcuran: give dyson 2 platinum pieces and head back to the castle and my room (that was 1000 bucks!)

DMaster: ok, The king is there nibbling on some sweet bread and drinking bean water

DMaster: Sits down by the King

DMaster: Alyndri has flowing blonde hair, radiant blue eyes, and her

    skin practically glows. She is wearing a a long flowing dress with the symbol of Animax hanging about her neck.

DMaster: Ok a servant walks over and takes your order.
