This is where you can see the enemies that Chance has faced from his days in Summer Isles, to his days with the Black Ward and now in his days as a Champion of Finster.
Enemies range from nasty High Priestess of Finster to huge Golem Spiders to Ogres and Orcs to Shadow Demons and cast off Gods. Keep track of them all here.

The Odius is an assassin bred humanoid. It was sent by Finsters cult to kill the Princess. Chance encountered it and dispatched it, but not before it stabbed Erikka and slashed the Princess almost killing them both.

The Odius is an assassin bred humanoid. It was recruited by the cult to protect the High Priestess of Finster. It did not do so well, Chance all but killed it, but Rohlia finished it off with daggers through it’s eyes.

Velencia is a self made woman. After growing in power and shedding off some lower Finster Cults, she started her own and grew it. They were based in Summer Isle for years, hidden from most until Chance and Ferellus found the compound. In this EP, she almost killed Rohlia, transferred pain to Chance and then disappeared.

Undead zombies move with a jerky, uneven gait. They are clad in the moldering apparel they wore when put to rest, and carry the stench of decay. They were accidentally created by Velencia and her attempt at blood magic.

Creatures that can be brought up from the underearth. Two headed, teeth as big as short swords, claws like daggers. Their saliva is poisonous. Two of them were released into the compound and Chance, Ferellus and Rohlia fought them. It best Ferellus, who was lost.

6 Thugs attack the headliners of the Black Ward. What should of been a route, ended up being a drawn out battle. These thugs had a speed potion running through their system making them much harder to hit, and they were able to hit better. Eventually 3 of them were killed, one was held for interrogation, and two fled that were using their crossbows.

A giant mother Spider nesting in the buried stronghold of Finster. Chance screwed it all up and when he went into the room, he was webbed to the wall. Eventually Plugr, Obyren and Talia come in but not before this Spider almost kills Talia.

The buried castle was home to Spiders and Bats. These bats lived in the tall ceilings and eventually came out when they made enough noise in the corridors. Chance hit one when it escaped out the front door, he was protecting Talia.

About 35 of these members showed up on the road back to Camerondale. They blocked the excavating party who just left the stronghold of Finster that was buried under dirt. Led by the infamous Velencia, they attacked when “brim” undressed and lit up (she was a legendary firebrand). Brim killed roughly 8-10 and took Velencia to the edge of her life. One of the cult members attacked Chance and his life was never the same afterwards.

Velencia is a self made woman. After growing in power and shedding off some lower Finster Cults, she started her own and grew it. After being chased out of the Summer Isle, her power and influence grew. She led the Finster Cult Members to stop the excavating party and get a tome that belonged to the Dark Cleric. She was assaulted head on by Brim, a firebrand and almost died. She was only saved by the Demi-God Finster himself.

4 Bandits surprised Chance and Veritaan. One of the Bandits hit Veritaan with a surprise heavy crossbow attack, almost quadrupling the damage with him falling off the horse. Chance healed him and they took them on. Led by a Splitjaw (Legons version of the Vampire), they did not fair so well. One ran away right away, scared at Chance, and the other 3 died.

Splitjaw’s are Legons version of Vampires. Read more about them to understand their unique lore. This particularly nasty Splitjaw was leading a band of bandits, attacking anything on the road. It bit Veritaan, where the Black Ward member contracted the disease, and almost killed Chance until he accepted Finster. Luckily they figured out a way to save Veritaan.

This was not a true battle, though they faced off in an attempt too. Rosalinda used her blasting staff, and also sunk a dagger into Chance shoulder. Chance grabbed her by the throat and slammed her up on a wall. That was when Rosalinda knew she could not best the Champion of Finster.

The Odius is an assassin bred humanoid. Third time Chance has met up with one. Recruited by Thorngate, it was traveling with 3 of Thorngates people, captured the Black Ward member Valentine. They wanted to interrogate the BW Assassin, but thanks to Khamyra and Chance she was rescued. Chance ripped through the creature sending him prone to the hay bales, Valentine finished it off.

Valentine, Assassin for the Black Ward, was captured and Chance and Khamyra found her. The villians in question where Thorngate goons. There was four of them. Two guards persay, an Odius and a woman named Novalee. The Odius was killed by Chance and Valentine, and the other two felt the brunt of the Champions first frenzy.

Novalee is a Lazzier clan Elf, and was in the Thorngate group that captured Valentine. Once she realized the Chance was the Champion, she stopped and went to one knee. She was taken out of the cellar of the basement, sent to the dungeons, but later broken out by Khamyra and eventually joined the Dark Society. She became best friends with Chance and Khamyra.

Part of the 3 witches that used to rule Thorngate and one of four sisters in their family. Her call; The Western gate – Fire. She has a resistance and a weak magical ability to start a fire. She was cursed to “sweat” an oily substance that allows her to shoot weak fireballs (2d6 damage). Vesta met up with Chance and Valentine (her sister). Chance did not engage, but Valentine did, knocking her out, but not before getting scorched with a fireball.

During a visit with Bastian, Thorngate tried to exact revenge for spoiling their plot by sending 6 Ruffians to end Chances life. The battle did not go well, as Novalee dies and Chance barely lived. But a miracle happened and the Champion resurrects Novalee from death. Khamyra and Griffin were there to clean up the mess.

Unknown – In Frenzy
Chance accompanied Cassie and Xavier to retake the Summer Isle; which was over run by Thorngate 3-4 days previous. Khamyra stowed away on the boat and joined the expedition. Days leading up to it, Chance’s anger grew and grew. He then realized just how unpredictable he could be, exploding into a Frenzy that tore through 10-11 Thorngate guards. He doesn’t remember a thing.

Chance, Khamyra and her ex-boytoy head into the Teeter Wind plains to make it across it; to reach Clovendale. They encounter two Owlbears right from the start, and Chance makes bad decisions and rolls even worse. He gets gouged, ripped up by the beasts and it takes Khamyra and Whitlock to save him. He visits Finster again with a warning, that he can’t save him every time.

After a failed encounter with Owlbears, Orcs surround the farm house that Whitlock, Chance and Khamyra are staying at. With Khamyra out of commission, the Champion has only one choice and that is to frenzy out. He rips off his half destroyed armor and races for the creatures tearing them limb from limb. The battle was quick and decisive.

Chance and Khamyra find themselves face to face with a robbery in progress. A few robbers taking advantage of some farmers. The two battle them and win decisively, although Chance did not turn into the Champion and was injured. The Onyx Elf did not like that. They ended up getting a good 5 Platinum for their trouble.

A leader for the Forest Kobolds that have taken up residence in the Forest of the Clan Elves. He was tracking Rivka Ravina, and ended up with more than he bargained for. Working on the order of Malik, the Kobolds attack, 20 or more, all long range attacks. Vruc took on Chance, but slipped away at the end.

These kobolds were forced into the Forest by many things. They have adapted over the years and are very hard to battle. They do not engage in Melee combat, but only long range. Even when pressed they will surrender before attacking unless they know they can overwhelm the enemy. They did some damage, but they all left when reinforcements arrived for the party.

Rosie is a part of an underground movement for Finster, that had little to do with Velencia and her crew. It was a different sect. She was watching over a child seer for Rawek when he was looney. She threw a fire potion into the frey and then fled, only to be taken out later.

The leader of the “goblins” who is forcing the normally less than aggressive Goblins into the battle. He starts out with a Cross Bow bolt to Khamyra. In the frey between a fire potion and multiple attacks he was killed.

Out of their element in melee combat, they rushed the group with their leader. They were all but taken out with the ill placed fire potion Rosie threw into the mix. The Champion, or “boss” had a AC:14, HP:22, CH:1/2. He was cut down by Chance.

A Darkling from the under earth. Rawek set a trap for the guards of Knightsmoor. Unfortunately Chance and Dash ran into the trap and had to fight them. The battle did not go well, Chance had to frenzy to finish them out. They explode when they die too.

The gnolls and the gnoll pack lord was teamed with the a cyclops, made possible by the Thorn Gate witches. They guide the huge beast and controls him at a certain level. There was a Gnoll Pack Lord leading them; AC:15, HP:49, CH: 2.

This huge beast is being controlled by gnolls and the gnoll pack leader, thanks to the Thorn Gate Witches. It gave Everlee quite a pounding, but was eventually dispatched by Rohlia and Cassie.

In the deserted tower village in the old Thorngate land, there were houses and huts filled with dead people. The Lich that once was called Matsimela and was a witch. She raised them, all 13 of them. The group dispatches them after quite a battle.

An extremely unique creature, it is created in the underearth. Only very high level, skilled necromancers and lich’s can do this. It tends to send the underearth in turmoil. This one attacked the party, but they dispatched the creature. Unfortunately it killed a Camerondale guard before all was said and done.

One of the creatures that wanders the Teeter Winds Plains. They caught the scent of the party and attacked. As the name of the EP indicates, the battle was a rough one, especially for Clay. One of the creatures fall, but the other seeing it’s mate die and feeling alot of pain, turns tail and runs. The Hannah look alike was unconscious from the screeching sounds.

The Priestess and Chance had a slight disagreement. One that sent both of them out the third story window. The Champion went crazy eyes and threw Velencia around like a rag doll and almost killed her. She was only saved by Nicola, who tackled the Champion and stopped him… with a kiss.

The monster who leads this rabble who was chasing the masked people. He was distracted for most of the battle, and attacked all over the place, but Chance rips it in two with his long sword.

More like Canonfodder, these Orcs get killed fairly quick. They get half scorched by Velencia’s fire spell. They still did a little damage of their own. They gang up on the Adult Kruthik, killing them and doing some misc damage to the rest of the party. They were led by the Red Fang Orc.

A Ogre in training as they like to think, this half-ogre did not do to well. It kicked a bug around and hit Nicola once, but Nicola had a retaliation hit that pretty much carved him up like Easter Dinner.

These giants were a bit of a nuisance. Clay got a spear across his head, Nicola got crushed under one of these huge beasts club. They were a bit of a HP sponge but the party eventually kills both of them. Clay kills them with a dagger to the eyes, the other a half foot plunge of the Barbarian’s cleaver.

The Witches and the Lich kill and raise a bar-room of people to attack the party Chance is with. The battle does not go well in a cramped location and the Witches add a little fire poison ingredient to the undead allowing them to smolder and catch fire once they parish.

“Dreads” a 8th level Blood Hunter with poisoned dual assassin daggers(p), short bow/arrows(c).
Full Plate, is a 6th level Cavalier fighter, long sword(c) and shield.
Dual Crossbows is an 5th level Assassin rogue with two hand crossbows(p), and (2) daggers(c)
Dual swords is a 5th level battle master fighter, with (2) Machete’s (p) and a dagger(r).

The Odius is an assassin bred humanoid. Fourth time Chance has met up with one. She was part of a bigger raiding party, so to speak, to get the legendary blade of Vulcuran. After her companions were dispatched by Chance and Naerva, this Odius wrecked havoc on the two and almost strangling the half dwarf to death.

The Ecru Wyverns are rare and only found in the northern Teeter Winds area of Legon. But with the drought, one ventured a bit too far and was captured by the Three Witches and their army. After the fall of Thorngate, this troop is still wandering around terrorizing people. The creature was rescued by what could only be it’s family, but not after taking a beating from Chance.

These hobgoblins were recruited for the war against Camerondale. Since the war is over, they have been wandering around terrorizing people, extorting them for money or killing them. They were lead by the a captain, stats in (). The hobgoblins were dispatched easily, while the Captain did give Khamyra a bit of trouble. He regretted it.

Creation Hags are there to assist the creation of Golems for the fallen goddess Imryllion. They have some powerful tools at their disposal, but mostly the ability to create and command these powerful golems. This hag did not have a chance as the entire party unloading on her, sending her to her death quickly.

These powerful but slow moving creations are very dangerous. With two attacks that deliver dual damage of both Bludgeoning and Piercing, each hit could really take it’s toll. After it’s hag was dispatched, this golem was also quickly ganged up on and killed.

These humanoids are trained to control golems like the Sentinels. They have a decent arsenal themselves, but are not much for melee combat. Some cantrip like spells including barkskin was used, that has been afforded to an Acolyte by Imryllion. He was eventually killed by Velencia, turning him into Charcoal.

A massive “huge” level golem monster that is controlled by the Acolyte. It has a one track mind, meaning it gets a task from it’s “master” and that is pretty much all it will do until the job is done or it is defeated. It’s job was to Kill Chance. Luckily the Champion and the Odius Shemrata took care of it.

What was meant to be a hearty enemies ended up being a side joke. The rolls the DM made for them was laughable and they made quick work of them. At least 6 “1’s” were rolled. Velencia blinded them, Shemrata rode one like a cowgirl and at the end of it, Khamyra and Velencia were having some girl time as Faelyn finished the off with her sword and bow, much to the displeasure of Shem.

Creation Hags are there to assist the creation of Golems for the fallen goddess Imryllion. Shemrata took this thing on, and despite her power, she almost died and was thrown around like rag doll. Eventually Faelyn took it out with some arrows and her sword. They also fight it in the big battle that ends the drought.

One of the more powerful, living, enemies of Imryllion. Able to cast god given magic, ignite golems to frenzy and have multiple attacks make them dangerous. Khamyra and Velencia teamed up to kill this one in the creation room. They only encountered one in the first battle.

Azark, is the Chevelar of Immyrillion. Much like Chance is the Champion of Finster. He is an extremely powerful being having magic powers to cast spells of fire and destruction, to create a flaming sword at will, to freeze or hold people and his skill in battle is impressive. Chance got in a few good shots before he almost died, but Velencia and Khamyra once again teamed up to kill this Chevelar… or they thought they did.
AC: 16, HP:218, CH: 13
Massively powerful golem spider. Had 3 attacks per round, using the legs that were like spears, a front bite, a back sting or the spray of venom. Velencia took the brunt of this attack, and knocked it down a good amount, but the rest of the party had to help finish it off, allowing the Warlock to destroy it with an Eldritch Blast.
AC: 13, HP: 55, CH: 2
An Earth Siren is inherently good. But when they defend themselves or are controlled they can be a formidable opponent. Screams that cause injury, a powerful charm spell. But Velencia made quick work by sucking it’s soul.
AC:11, HP:38, CR:1
The creatures did what they could to charm, but to no avail. Led by an Earth Siren who was taken out of the picture immediately, it fell apart for them. They got in some licks but where eventually routed by Velencia and Khamyra.
AC:13, HP:120, CR:5
Two Hill Giants came out after Khamyra obliterated the ramming Ogre. There was a huge battle between Orcs and Camerondale going on that did not directly involved Chance and his party. One of the Giants never took a swing as Khamyra cast eyebite; fear. It never made it’s save and it ran away from battle, never to return. The other one was defeated by Chances party.

There was a huge battle between Orcs and Camerondale going on that did not directly involved Chance and his party. Matched up with 2 Hill Giants, this Orc Warlord took on the Party and ended up severely injured but tied up by McKenna and her Cantrip of entangled vines.
