Somethings to think about; Population is general idea of how many people live there. Even though this is how I do it, listing a location with 4,987 people is a bit too exact (it is the only way I felt it would work the best). Why? Because everyday someone dies, moves out, give birth, moves in, etc. Are you going to update it everyday of the campaign? Even though the number seems exact, it is like a census that is a general idea. The mix is split between three races because there are only three major races on Legon. Government is a bit difficult to nail down, but I am going to try and give each location a good idea of how it is run. Commerce is about what players can get in the location, generally speaking. Is it barebones, maybe rations and some horseshoes or wide varieties and rare items along with everything else the realm has to offer.
This is still a bit in disarray. I have a lot to add to the “Interesting People” and “Interesting Places.” But it is near complete; if the campaign has mentioned it or has visited the location, it should be on one of the three pages – Cities, Towns and Villages & Unique Locations.
